Jennifer brings 20 years' experience with organizational change programs across small to large organizations, including small business, emergency management, healthcare and education. She specializes in leadership coaching: providing a respectful and confidential space for challenging beliefs, clarifying values, exploring commitments, developing reflective practice habits, enhancing self-awareness and confidence – leadership for the long-term.

Jennifer offers helpful strategies to enhance the overall productivity of relationships and results for managers and team leaders: improving communication, giving feedback, holding difficult conversations, challenging staff to higher performance and motivating teams. She is currently lecturing in MBA and management programs at university. Jennifer is also the author of 2 Way Feedback, a practical guide for team leaders and business managers, and of Coaching Skills for Workplace Leaders, a program recognized by the Australian Qualifications Training Framework.
