Background

Geoff has been a human resources adviser to leaders in Australian organizations and international blue chip businesses for nearly three decades, through the human resources consulting firms SACS and Tanner Menzies, the international executive search firms Boyden and Horton, and through his own business Holistique – as Principal since 2005. His approach is one of adding measurable value, and client retention is a notable feature of his consulting approach – a number of existing key relationships had their origins more than twenty years ago.

Prior to consulting, Geoff worked for fifteen years as the General Manager of a building products business and as a divisional manager for the Victorian premier. He also developed strategy for the South Australian government and for the largest youth organization in the USA. In addition, he was a communications adviser to the British government.
