Licensing and Copyright

Your use of Training Tracker is strictly governed by the terms of the product's License Agreement. A Single User License allows one person only to use the software on one or more computers OR for more than one person to use the software on one computer only. Each person or each standalone computer installation requires a purchased license.

For example, if your organization employees one training administrator who uses the software on their own computer and three trainers who access the software from a single network location, your organization will need to purchase four licenses. When ordering online, enter "4" in the Quantity field. If ordering by telephone, tell the customer service representative that you require 4 licenses. Quantity discounts apply when you purchase more than one license.

The License Agreement prohibits you from selling, renting, lending or distributing the product and from allowing access to unauthorized users across a network. This product is also protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. We retain full copyright in all of our materials and strictly prohibit the making of unauthorized copies.

Download and Install Product

To download the product zip file to your computer, click on the download link contained in the email we sent you. Save the file to a folder on your computer, taking note of where you saved it.

All product files are contained within the zip file you downloaded. Go to where the zip file is located and in Windows Explorer, right-click on the zip file. Select Extract All or Extract To from the list of options to extract all of the product files to your chosen location. Once you have extracted the files, navigate to the directory in which you extracted them. To get started, read the QuickStartGuide.txt file and check the License.txt file to verify your license obligations.
