We do our best to help our customers get the most from our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your product, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us why. Your feedback helps us make our great products even better.
If we cannot help you further and you are still not satisfied, then we invite you to request a refund of the purchase price. For a full refund, please write to us within 30 days of purchase at email@example.com, stating how the product you purchased is either:
- defective, or
- not fit for the purpose described, or
- not as described on our web site or in our catalogue and other marketing publications.
Please note that refund requests that do not meet at least one of the above criteria will be considered at our discretion.
Note also that CDs are purchased from our authorized reseller, FastSpring. If your purchased CD is defective, please contact FastSpring at firstname.lastname@example.org
