Designated end users are people involved with specific training programs conducted by or for the licensed organization who enter data on the included workbooks and forms. End users may include training program participants completing participant feedback forms, project team members completing planning documents and managers entering performance data into evaluation worksheets. End users do not include employees editing, modifying or otherwise preparing workbooks and forms for use. Each of these people requires a separate license.

The modified forms and questionnaires will then be distributed to other trainers in our organization, who will then use them to interview and survey a number of managers and trainees. How many licenses do we need?

As the senior trainer will be modifying the forms, one license will be required for them. In addition, each trainer administering the forms through using them to conduct interviews and questionnaires will also require a license. People being interviewed and surveyed by questionnaires are end users, and so no additional licenses will be required for them.

You may print, copy and use an unlimited number of forms and spreadsheets on the condition that the forms and spreadsheets are used for their intended purpose and the people using the forms and spreadsheets received the forms from a valid license holder.

Unauthorized third parties, including unauthorized external consultants and contractors, are prohibited from selling, reselling, licensing, renting, leasing or lending the Training Evaluation Toolkit. Third parties are free to, and actively encouraged to, distribute the free templates and introductory chapters to help close a contract. Following this, the client organization will need to purchase the Training Evaluation Toolkit directly from us.
