Designated project participants are people involved with specific training projects and programs conducted by or for the licensed organization who enter data on the included workbooks and forms. Project participants may include training program participants and their managers completing training schedule spreadsheets and project team members completing post-implementation review forms. Project participants do not include employees editing, modifying or otherwise preparing workbooks and forms for use. Each of these people requires a separate license.

As the senior trainer will be modifying the forms, one license will be required for them. In addition, each trainer administering the forms through surveys and interviews will also require a license. People being surveyed and interviewed are project participants, and so no additional licenses will be required for them.

You may print, copy and use an unlimited number of forms and spreadsheets for the specific purpose of collecting data from project participants involved in a valid license holder’s project. Third parties are free to, and actively encouraged to, distribute the free User Guide to help close a contract. Following this, the client organization will need to purchase the Training Projects Template Pack directly from us.
