How do I cite your article or book in my research or term paper?

For an article published on our web site, check the author name given at the top or at the base of the article. If the author name is either Vicki Heath or Leslie Allan, you have our permission to quote from the article. In this case, cite the article as follows:

Allan, Leslie. "Title of Article" or Title of Book. Business Performance Pty Ltd. Date article accessed or date of book publication.
http://www.businessperform.com/webpage.html

If the article lists the name of another author, you will need to contact the article author directly using the contact details given in the author biography at the base of the article.

If the article does not display an author name, then the web page is an information page authored by Business Performance Pty Ltd or one of its owners. Generally speaking, international copyright law allows you to quote a reasonable section of the article for reasons of commentary or critical appraisal. In this case, use the citation format given above, but listing the author as Business Performance Pty Ltd.
