I am having trouble contacting you by telephone?

Please allow for international time zone differences. We are based in Melbourne, Australia, and our office is open from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm weekdays and at other times by appointment. If you are calling from within Australia, dial 0408 314 941. If you are dialling from outside of Australia, check that you have the correct international dialing code prefix for your location. The local number that you need to contact is 0408 314 941. You can check your international dialing code prefix at www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/dialing.html

How do I make a request for support?

For a speedy answer to your question, please check in this FAQ section first. Many answers to common problems will be found here. If you cannot find an answer here, use our contact form to send your support request and a description of your problem.

Help us help you as quickly and efficiently as possible by supplying us the information we need. In your email to our support area, please specify:

  • the name and version of the product you are using
  • the particular document or file you are having trouble with
  • the program you are using to open the document or file
  • the operating system you are using
  • the specific error or warning message you are receiving

If you are having problems with downloading a product file, please specify:

  • the web browser you are using
  • whether the problem occurs using another web browser
  • whether the problem occurs using another computer

How do I subscribe to your newsletter?

Simply complete our online newsletter subscription form. To verify your subscription, click on the confirmation link contained in the email sent to you. You can also read past issues of our newsletter in our newsletter archive.

Your newsletter looks strange in my email program.

Click on the "View in your web browser" link at the top of the newsletter. This will display the newsletter in your web browser (for example; Internet Explorer or Firefox).

Why do I have to click on the link in the newsletter subscription confirmation email?

This double-opt in process ensures that you do not receive spam email because someone other than you entered your email address on our email subscription form. The double-opt in process verifies that it was you that subscribed to our newsletter.
